Homemade Jurassic coast crab ravioli, vegetable ribbons creamed bisque

 

Curry cured local cod loin. parsnip bhaji and parsnip crisps apple salad

Pan-roasted breast of duck. Charred Hispi cabbage, Dauphinoise potatoes, Red Wine Jus
